Spring to everyone! We are finally into the good weather and can get out of the house a little bit. I find it is just great to go out and look at all the new and wonderful colors that pop out of the ground and paint our world for us. I was walking around my yard the other day and I have greens and yellows with pink mixed it just made me feel happy inside. I am so glad to see that the quilt is completed and it is so lovely. All the raffle tickets are available now for sale, I hope you all can get yours along with the picture of the quilt. I know everyone had such a great time at our pencil seminar with Jenell Johnson everybody pieces looked so great and it was so nice that they were all completed. We all have to thank Karen for her April snowy poem project once again they all turned out great and again we all walked away with a completed piece. Its great nothing to add to my to do list. Remember everyone Debbie Short is looking to get the picture of the tree done so please get your ornaments done and to her as soon as you can. We have so much color outside right now let’s try to put it down on surfaces. Do an extra one and bring it in for the luncheon. Remember we are a painting group and everyone should donate at least one painted item. Well enjoy the weather and keep on painting see you all soon Sandy Mayce, President |
